Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, our refund terms are slightly different from physical goods.
Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
✅ Digital Products – No Refund After Download
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a product has been downloaded from your account or via email link, we cannot issue a refund.
This is a standard policy followed by all digital product marketplaces.
✅ Refunds Are Granted Only in These Situations
You are eligible for a refund before the product is downloaded OR if one of the following conditions applies:
✅ 1. File is Missing or Corrupt
If the file you received is damaged or not opening, we will first provide a working replacement file.
If we cannot fix it, a full refund will be issued.
✅ 2. Product Not Delivered
If you made a payment but did not receive:
- Download link
- Email confirmation
- Access to the product
We will verify the payment and provide a refund if delivery fails.
✅ 3. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You do not want the product anymore
- You purchased the wrong product
- The product is not compatible with your specific setup
- The item did not meet expectations (functionality, design, etc.)
- You request a refund after downloading the file
- You are unable to install or configure the product (support is provided, but this is not a refund reason)
- GPL license misconceptions (GPL allows redistribution; refunds cannot be claimed on this ground)
✅ Product Support
We provide support for:
- Download issues
- File errors
- Version updates
- Re-uploading missing items
However, we do not provide support for product customization or installation, as GPL files come without developer support.
